Because the Foundation is embedded within Baptist Health, we hear about gaps directly from hospital leadership, clinical staff, and patients. We do not wait for an annual grant cycle to identify a need. When a hospital team identifies a critical gap in equipment, spiritual care, or patient experience, the Foundation can move quickly to address it.
