Team Member Support
Care That Comes Back Around
Baptist Health team members give everything to care for others. When life takes an unexpected turn, the Foundation is here to help.
Why We Provide a Team Member Benevolence Fund
The Team Member Benevolence Fund provides one-time financial assistance to Baptist Health employees facing genuine hardship due to unforeseen circumstances.
It is funded entirely by generous donors and fellow team members who believe that caring for each other is part of what it means to work at Baptist Health.
Caregivers Need Care Too
You show up for patients every day. A sudden crisis shouldn't leave you without a safety net.
Hardship Doesn't Wait
A house fire, a medical emergency, a loss in the family. Some situations can't be planned for. This fund exists for exactly those moments.
No One Stands Alone
Our faith calls us to serve one another. Supporting the people who care for our community is a natural extension of that mission.
